Meet & Greet with Alpacas & Mini Highland Cow

Enjoy a one-hour private, hands-on farm experience with our friendly alpacas and adorable Mini Highland cow! Your reservation includes admission for up to four guests and a guided experience where you'll have the opportunity to pet, feed, brush, and interact with the animals while learning fun facts about each species from one of our knowledgeable handlers. You'll also have unlimited opportunities to capture personal photos and create lasting memories in our scenic farm setting.

Whether you're celebrating a birthday, planning a family outing, looking for a unique date idea, or simply love animals, our Meet & Greet offers a relaxed and unforgettable experience for guests of all ages.

Before You Book

• This is a private, guided experience by reservation only.
• Admission includes up to four (4) guests. Additional guests are $25 per person.
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled reservation. Late arrivals may result in a shortened experience, as sessions cannot be extended when another reservation follows.
• Closed-toe shoes are strongly recommended. Farm terrain may be uneven, muddy, or dusty.
• Outside food, animal treats, pets, and emotional support animals are not permitted on the property. ADA-recognized service animals are welcome but must remain under the handler's control at all times.

Animal Welfare

The health and well-being of our animals always comes first. While we make every effort to include all advertised animals, unforeseen circumstances may require us to substitute an animal or modify the experience. All guests must follow handler instructions at all times. For the safety of both our animals and guests, failure to follow instructions may result in the experience ending without a refund.

Photography

Guests are welcome to take unlimited personal photographs throughout the experience. Professional photography sessions, commercial photography, workshops, or photography conducted for paying clients require a separate photographer booking.

Weather Policy

Our experiences are held rain or shine whenever conditions are safe. If Reindeer Over Texas determines that severe weather—including lightning, flooding, high winds, or other unsafe conditions—makes it unsafe to proceed, your reservation will be rescheduled at no additional charge. Weather-related decisions are made solely by Reindeer Over Texas.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Because we reserve our animals, staff, and facilities specifically for your visit, all ticket sales are non-refundable. Reservations are not eligible for refunds due to personal scheduling conflicts, no-shows, or late arrivals. Weather-related rescheduling, as described above, is the only exception.

Liability Waiver

For the safety of everyone involved, all guests are required to complete and sign a liability waiver before participating in the experience. By purchasing tickets, you acknowledge that interacting with farm animals carries inherent risks and agree to participate at your own risk.

Our Promise

We are committed to providing a safe, educational, and memorable experience while ensuring the highest standard of care for our animals. Thank you for helping us create a respectful environment where both our guests and animals can enjoy their time together.
